Return Policy

At MODOSSA We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not and would like to return your product, you may do so within 7 days upon receiving your order.

All we ask is that you return the item(s) to us unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it within 7 days of receipt.

We do not refund  the original shipping fees, however.If you choose to return the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.

 

we highly recommend you use a signed-for or tracked returns postage as we do not accept responsibility for any lost returns. 

All original shipping fees will be deducted from final refund plus a 10-25% restocking fee in event shipment is returned to our facility.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you once your refund/store credit is approved and issued.

We always ask the customer to make sure the address provided is correct as MODOSSA is not responsible for reshipping any packages that were returned due to incorrect address. MODOSSA is not be liable to pay shipping cost for the next shipment. We will reship your order once the invoice for shipping is paid. In the case that the shipment is returned to our facility you will receive an email from our customer service team.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and place another order.
